Oklahoma Reclaims Sovereignty Under Tenth Amendment

Oklahoma to Washington, "Ahem, didn't you guys get the memo circa 1789, you know, the Constitution?"

Regrettably, a news search only turned up two decent references to the resolution which overwhelmingly passed the Oklahoma House last week, World Net Daily and Russia Today.

But that's why we have the internet, to promulgate the hope that our own legislators could one day discover spines of their own. In Minnesota, that requires that we turn over the compost heap that is our Legislature. Luckily, that's precisely what we intend to do.

Back to Oklahoma, that brave and heroic state which is now "serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates."
